LATOO (latooevent.com) is a K-pop concert listings and ticket-discovery service operated from Reno, NV.

Your email address and (optional) phone number when you subscribe to alerts or create an account — verified via one-time codes; the artist, city and event preferences you follow or save; standard analytics data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) via Google Analytics 4; and technical logs from our hosting providers.

To send the event alerts you asked for, operate your account, measure how our advertising performs, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information for money. We do “share” a limited set of identifiers for advertising measurement, as described below.

We advertise our shop on third-party platforms, and we measure which of those ads lead to a purchase. To do that we use an advertising measurement pixel from OpenAI on this site, and we send OpenAI a record of completed orders from our server.

What is shared for this purpose: a random click/browser reference the pixel sets in a first-party cookie on this site, your approximate location (country and postal code), your IP address and browser user agent, and the order’s subtotal, currency and the items bought. The click reference travels with your cart into checkout so a completed order can be matched back to the ad that led to it. We do not send your email address, name or phone number for advertising measurement, and we never send payment details.

Under California law (CCPA as amended by the CPRA), disclosing identifiers to an advertising partner in this way is a “share” for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though no money changes hands. You can turn it off below.

SendGrid (email delivery), Vonage (SMS verification), Laylo (fan-alert sync), Shopify (shop checkout — payment details go to Shopify, never to us), Google Analytics (usage analytics), OpenAI (advertising measurement), and Vercel & Render (hosting).

Ticket links on LATOO go to third-party sellers (Ticketmaster, StubHub, Vivid Seats and others); we may earn a commission on purchases made through those links. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in, analytics cookies via Google Analytics 4, and first-party cookies set by our advertising measurement pixel (__oppref, __obref) that record which ad click brought you here.

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. See Do Not Sell or Share above to opt out of advertising measurement. Contact us to access or delete your data.

LATOO is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
