LATOO (latooevent.com) is a K-pop concert listings and ticket-discovery service operated from Reno, NV.

What we collect

Your email address and (optional) phone number when you subscribe to alerts or create an account — verified via one-time codes; the artist, city and event preferences you follow or save; standard analytics data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) via Google Analytics 4; and technical logs from our hosting providers.

How we use it

To send the event alerts you asked for, operate your account, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

SendGrid (email delivery), Vonage (SMS verification), Laylo (fan-alert sync), Shopify (shop checkout — payment details go to Shopify, never to us), Google Analytics (usage analytics), and Vercel & Render (hosting).

Affiliate links

Ticket links on LATOO go to third-party sellers (Ticketmaster, StubHub, Vivid Seats and others); we may earn a commission on purchases made through those links. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in, and analytics cookies via Google Analytics 4.

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Contact us to access or delete your data.

Children

LATOO is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
